Shipping RatesGourmetCoffee.com offers shipping on all coffee for the shipping rate designated by fedex, USPS, or UPS. We add no additional fees.
Shipping charges for products with shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before you pay at check out.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States will have additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email or phone for your approval.
Shipping LocationsGourmetCoffee.com ships to the United States and Canada via either UPS or FedEx. For orders outside the USA please submit your order and we will email to you the exact shipping cost, or call us at 1-888-535-2233. You will not be charged until you agree to the shipping charge and method.
Delivery Time All orders except ship within 2 business days. We roast to order all products and sometimes delay order 2-3 days to hit the roasting pattern of specific blends.
2 - Return Policy - Return Top We are proud of our Coffee at GourmetCoffee.com, if you are unhappy with our products ship at least half the coffee back and we will issue a full refund within 30 days.
Instructions: 1. Contact customer care by calling 888-535-2233 or e-mail
customercare@gourmetcoffee.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA).Items received without an RA will not be credited.
2. Warehouse must receive items within 15 days of an RA# being issued.
